RedPartner Chat adalah sebuah platform komunikasi antara PIC dengan Tamu. Redpartner chat akan membantu PIC berkomunikasi dengan Tamu, dengan aplikasi ini PIC tidak perlu membagikan nomor pribadi apabila ingin berkomunikasi dengan tamu contohnya. seperti menanyakan lokasi properti, servis tambahan, masalah dikamar, dan menu makanan yang tersedia diproperty

Untuk mendownloadnya anda bisa mencari RedPartner Chat di Playstore atau anda bisa menscan QR code, untuk sekarang RedPartner Chat hanya dapat bisa diakses di android saja

Apabila sudah selesai mendownload, anda dapat membuka aplikasi RedPartner Chat, anda dapat menggunakan akun yang sama dengan RedPartner Website, masukan email dan password lalu tekan Login

Setelah login anda akan diperlihatkan tampilan menu utama, apabila tamu anda belum menghubungi anda tampilan anda akan seperti sebelah kiri, apabila tamu anda sudah menghubungi anda tampilannya akan seperti gambar sebelah kanan.

Apabila anda mendapatkan chat dari tamu anda, anda akan melihat chat baru yang belum dibaca contohnya seperti gambar disebelah kiri ada 2 chat yang belum dibaca, lalu apabila anda menutup aplikasi RedPartner Chat anda akan tetap mendapatkan pop up notifikasi seperti digambar yang ada ditengah

Lalu apabila anda ingin menjawab chat tamu anda, anda dapat membuka chat tersebut, anda akan melihat tampilan seperti gambar disebelah kanan, dan anda dapat membalas tamu anda

Percakapan hanya dapat dimulai oleh tamu, PIC tidak dapat memulai percakapan tersebut

Selanjutnya apabila anda menekan logo profil, anda akan membuka profil akun anda

Dihalaman profil anda dapat mengganti pengaturan bahasa ke bahasa indonesia

## Forget Password

Selanjutnya apabila anda lupa kata sandi, anda dapat menekan tombol forget password

Lalu silahkan isi email anda, dan tekan submit

Lalu pilih Open Email App dan anda akan menerima email baru dengan judul RedPartner: Password reset instructions, pilih “please click here, to reset your password”

Anda akan kembali ke aplikasi RedPartner Chat dengan tampilan seperti ini, anda perlu memasukan password baru anda dengan kombinasi minimal 8 karakter, huruf non kapital, kapital, angka, dan simbol. Lalu tekan tombol Reset Password&#x20;
